At Sip & Cleanse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at vivic623@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Due to the nature of herbal and botanical products, we cannot accept returns on opened items for health and safety reasons.
